♡ Drugstore Beauty Haul & FOTD ♡

Hiya Everyone!

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love reading/watching beauty hauls! As you may already know if you have read either of my last haul posts (click here & here if not!) at the end of each month I always try to treat myself to some new makeup goodies.

There are a lot of high end beauty products on my wish list at the moment, but as I’m doing some serious saving at the moment I decided I would have to make do with a drugstore beauty haul.

Soap & Glory SuperCat Eye-liner – I am not the best at winged liner, but have recently been trying to push the boat out and give it a good go. Emily Rose, one of my current favourite youtubers had plenty of good things to say about this product so I am really excited to try it.

Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Eye Shadow Palette – I think this beauty speaks for itself, at just £4.00 I couldn’t stop myself. It’s meant to be a pretty good dupe for the NAKED 3 palette and I just think the Rose Gold shades are really subtly stunning.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold – another gorgeous shade to add to my growing collection. Thought this would pair really well with the palette I picked up, and these cream shadows are perfect for every day wear.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer – I have been searching for a less drying concealer that fits with my current budget and this seemed like a really good option. I used it for my FOTD and was really happy with the results (Check out the finished look in the photo below).

Body Shop’s Instablur – I’ve been meaning to switch up my primer for a while now, and having a best friend that’s a Body Shop Consultant does come in handy I guess! I really like the texture of this product, I will probably do a review in a few weeks once I’ve put it to the test.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara- There seems to be a bit of a Rose Gold theme going on here. Isn’t the packaging lush? I have been meaning to try this for a while as it’s meant to be similar to my current HG mascara Benefit’s Rollerlash.

Maybelline Color Drama in Fab Orange – These lip pencils have such a good finish and the thought this vibrant shade would be ideal for spring/summer.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation – Although this product wasn’t expensive, it was a kind of naughty purchase as I’ve already got 3 other foundations on the go at the moment! I have heard mixed reviews about this product, the main thing that tempted me was the glowing complexion it aims to provide.

These last few bits were just things I got as little extras with my ‘3 for 2’s in Boots and Superdrug, so haven’t really been lusting after them but they really took my fancy – Maybelline Baby Lips in the shade Just Peachy, Collection Work The Colour Lip Butter in the shade Vintage Rose and Maybelline’s Exaggerate Full Colour Lip Liner in the shade East End Snob.

I tried out a few of my new products today – just for a simple make up look for work. I was really pleased with the finished look as it’s quite natural and not too heavy with a lovely radiant glow – here is how it turned out.
